Words of Wisdom from BIPOC Educators

Over 40 sessions since August and I am so honored to now share the wisdom from the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color educators I’ve met in my free virtual 1-1 wellness check-ins!

I am beyond grateful to our ancestors for coordinating us meeting and for the chance to combine so many of my passions into one offering: being in community, cultivating one-to-one relationships, exploring personal and collective healing, supporting educators to support themselves and their students, and sharing about yoga, wellness, spirirtuality, and well-being.

We hope that these posts inspire each of us - especially our BIPOC educator community around the world - to tend to your well-being today, tomorrow, this week, and always.

I believe students will benefit when our educators, especially our BIPOC educators, are supported, loved, and cared for.

If you are interested in financially supporting this free offering for BIPOC educators, go to the Donate page on my website: www.breathewithcap.com/donate.

BIPOC educators and students, we are all in this together. We are not alone. I love you and I am grateful for your choice to continue teaching and learning and making our world a better place for us.

Book your free 1-1 wellness check-in today and let’s chat. How are you tending to your heart? What support do you need?
