Join me in a safe space for people of color to practice yoga and meditation. Through our practice, we will connect with the tools within us to cultivate our personal and collective healing.
We'll begin with an invitation to introduce ourselves to the group followed by guided meditation and a yoga flow centered around decolonizing our minds and bodies. As your facilitator, I will provide a range of options throughout the class to support your unique practice. The practice will end at 7:15pm EDT for those who need to transition. I will hold optional space until ~7:30pm EDT for those who want to continue to connect. <3
You'll need your yoga mat, yoga blocks (DIY options), a throw pillow or blanket to support your knees/wrists, and any other props you find supportive for your practice. Please reach out to me on Instagram with any questions about DIY options for props!
