ABOUT CAP

I am a social justice educator, facilitator, and coach based in Boston, Massachusetts.

​

My classes are a safe space to be you and a brave space to cultivate our personal healing and collective transformation.

 

Join me for identity-affirming experiences for our body, mind, and soul where we center inclusion and honor yoga's roots.

"I have always been intimidated by yoga because I have never found an instructor that understands my mental, physical, and emotional needs as a woman of color. However, Cap created an intentional safe and brave space where I was able to be vulnerable and truly connect with my mind, body, and soul during these challenging times.
